At Geometrafashion, we want you to feel completely confident buying from us. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. 30-day return window

You may return any item purchased from Geometrafashion within 30 days of the delivery date, for any reason, for a full refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you a 14-day cooling-off period on most online purchases.

2. Return conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all straps, chargers, manuals, and accessories included.
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for every return.
• We do not sell final sale or non-returnable items — every product qualifies for return within the 30-day window.

3. Free return shipping

Returns are free. We never charge a restocking fee. Once your return is approved, we provide a free prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

4. How to start a return

1. Contact us via our Contact us page, quoting your order number.
2. We confirm your return and send instructions plus your free return label.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back.
4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 5 business days.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. You'll get an email once your refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

Want a different model, size, or colour instead? Let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange rather than a refund, subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement — this doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Shipping times

Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days. You can check your order status anytime on our Track your order page.
