All orders are carefully checked, packaged, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually between 6 and 10 business days, though this can vary depending on your location and courier demand.

3. Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Any additional shipping options or costs, if applicable to your location, will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can check the status of your delivery anytime on our Track your order page.

5. Packaging

Every watch is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit, with protective materials and its original box and accessories included wherever supplied.

6. Delays

While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery can occasionally be delayed due to courier disruptions, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.

7. Missing or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and refund policy.

8. Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, but we're happy to help resolve any issue that arises.
